Martini - Strain 1 1/2 oz. Gin and 1/8 oz. Martini bianco (dry) into a cocktail glass. Stir well with
ice. Garnish with an olive or a twist of lemon.
Brandy Alexander - Shake together 3 parts brandy, 1 part creme de cacao and 2 parts cream.
Pour into a cocktail glass. Sprinkle on the grated nutmeg.
Avalanche - Add 1 shot Bourbon, 1 shot Kahlua and top up with cream. Mix in highball glass
over ice, shake well.
Lemon Chiffon Pie - Add 1 shot white rum, 1 shot creme de cacao (white), 2 scoops of vanilla
ice-cream and 1 shot lemon juice. Blend with crushed ice and serve
Snowball - Mix 1 part brandy, 2 parts Advocaat and a dash of lime cordial, shake and pour over ice. Top up with
lemonade. Stir and serve.
