Here are a few cocktail recipes:

Pina Colada - Blend together 2 shots white rum, 4 shots pineapple juice, 1 shot cream, handful
ice and 1 shot coconut cream. Garnish with pineapple leaf or cube.

Russian Spring - Shake together with ice, 1 shot vodka, 1/2 shot greencreme de menthe and 2 1/2
shots soda. Strain into a highball glass, then add 1 shot apple juice. Top up with soda water and
garnish with a sprig of mint.

Tantalise - Shake with ice, 1 shot apricot brandy, 1/2 shot pineapple juice and 1/2 shot lemon
juice. Top up with ginger ale and add 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.

Chocolate Chip Cookie - Blend 1 shot white rum, 1 1/2 shots creme de cacao (brown), 4 chocolate chip cookies and 3
scoops ice-cream. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

Bene Orange - Half fill a highball glass with cracked ice. Pour in 2 shots of Bénédictine Dom. Top up with 3 shots of
orange juice or to taste. Gently stir to blend ingredients together. Garnish with a lime twist.
